  • Have you thought about making a grilling book? I need something with some temp charts for what to set the grill temp to and meat temps. I also would like to get a t-shirt in a big and tall. Most of my grilling buddies would look like they had a tube top in the regular length shirts. Thanks again for the videos. All that I have done following your videos has been awesome.

  • Question: did these ribs and they came out amazing. However, while the middle of the rack was perfect, the ends were a little hard and chewy (overcooked?). Any tips on getting a more even cook?

  • If you spin the top cap so that when the lid is opened, gravity does not adjust your vent, you will not have to mess with it.

  • I love your channel but I am wondering how these are not getting too salty. I checked your website and the first ingredient is salt in the hot rub. I've never used it so I could be totally wrong but I got a well-reviewed rub years ago and I was really excited and my ribs were like a salt lick. We literally couldn't eat them so since then I've always made rubs without salt and salted separately. I'm genuinely interested in buying this rub so wondering what people experiences have been.
